Having reviewed the incident and considered the report the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident at the two furlong pole involving Bettercalltheboss, ridden by L.F. Roche, and Red Primrose, ridden by J.J.G. Ryan, where it appeared L.F. Roche had to sit for a stride. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately a furlong from the finish involving Tawaazon, ridden by C.D. Hayes, Platino Bianco, ridden by R. Whearty, and Apache Star, ridden by J. Cleary where it appeared horses came close together on the inner. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.D. Hayes stated that the track configuration drags runners to the stand side and that the track narrows. He stated that his horse has not shifted or caused interference. R. Whearty stated that he sat behind the leaders, kept straight and caused no interference. J. Cleary stated that he made the running, at the two furlong pole his horse started back-peddling and he never had to stop riding. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Conor David Maxwell, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Platino Bianco, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that today's straight track and good ground may have accounted for the return to form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation offered.

Sadhbh Tormey, rider of Forlio (GB), trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that she had to take a check one and a half furlongs out. Having reviewed the incident and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

171F Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

S. Foley, rider of Moonlit Sun, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran very green and ducked right when changing legs.

W.M. Lordan, rider of White Sand Beach (USA), trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a bump inside the final furlong.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Moonlit Sun, ridden by S. Foley, placed first, and White Sand Beach (USA), ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed second, where it appeared White Sand Beach (USA) received sustained interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W.M. Lordan stated that he received interference, his mount was staying on and his filly was inconvenienced. S. Foley stated that he sat behind the leaders, his filly was having her second run and he edged into a gap and his filly changed her legs and rolled out. He further stated that he won snugly. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that while Moonlit Sun had caused interference to White Sand Beach (USA) she did not improve her finishing position as a result of this interference so they made no alteration to the Judge’s placings. They were, however, of the opinion that S. Foley, had intentionally interfered with White Sand Beach and as such was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden improperly (second offence) and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for nine race days.

171G Fox Dunlavin (C&G) M'dn

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Listentodwindblow, ridden by D. Browne McMonagle, placed first, and Transcript, ridden by G.M. Ryan, placed second, where it appeared these horses bumped. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. Browne McMonagle stated that his mount was leaning right from the turn-in and there was slight contact but the best horse won. G.M. Ryan stated that there was slight contact due to the winner hanging out and his horse was green and raw. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that while interference had taken place it did not affect the placings so they made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action other than to caution D. Browne McMonagle of his obligations to report anything that affected the running of his horse under Rule 213.

S. Foley, rider of Saliba, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left and felt uncomfortable on the ground in the straight.

Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Saliba, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge scoped dirty post race.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Chloe's Boy, trained by H.Rogers, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount slowly away.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed where D. Browne McMonagle used the whip down the shoulder in the forehand position but were satisfied it was due to his horse shifting right.
